We will accept returns and grant a full refund in the event that you receive your target and there are defects from the building process. Return requests need to be emailed to support@solidrocktargets.com. Put "RETURN" in the subject line and send any and all photos showcasing any defects with the target. Target must be completely unused by the customer in order for a return request to be granted. Returns requests will be reviewed by us and granted a full refund on product if stated criteria is met. Return request must be emailed within 15 days of receiving target. Returns only accepted on targets bought through Solid Rock Targets.com
